The most important problem as a part timer at COD is the low pay we receive in proportion to the full timers. I will go to my grave before I understand why we are NOT paid pro rata...teach 50% of a teaching load, earn 50% of regular salary. The grade schools do it. The high schools do it. Why can't a first rate institution like COD do it?
