The hghly flawed IBHE study needs to be redone from the beginning. Real questions to real part-timers will clearly demonstrate our HIGH lack of satisfaction.
We are an EXPLOITED group whose time for fairness in compensation, benefits, and working conditions is well over-due. The establishment wants to continue getting rich on our backs and as long as we kow-tow to them for their low-paying jobs tehy will continue to oppress us. As well-educated, hard-working, and dedicated instructors we DESERVE better and won't rest until we are accorded the respect due our profession.
