One of the most important issues is getting recognition/representation on diverse campus forums. We are currently excluded from representation on the Faculty Senate, having a recognized voice at the Board of Trustees meetings, and having only one rep who serves on the PIEC committee. For the group who serves as the "face of the college," we have very little voice or accepted presence on campus.
