Yes, I agree. One thing CODAA is seeking, is recognition
by the administration of our many contributions to the
college, and for SERIOUS consideration for full-time
positions when they become available. If adjuncts are
"not as qualified" as outside candidates, then why are
we permitted to teach here at all ?
