Hi all
The only way to change our condition is to change ourselves first. So the first thing we need to do is to decide what it is we want to do.
If this sounds kindof pie in the sky, let me make it practical. We need to decide who we are and what we do and what we expect for what we do.
Then we need to define a strategy to get from a to b. And I guarantee you that if we do it well, we will create a system that gives us what we want in this state regardless of the unjust laws.
The human mind and spirit can overcome all these barriers. We are educators. But first we need to educate ourselves. Why live our professional lives by their rules, when we can create the rules.
