We'd like to get the word out to ALL adjuncts, to ease your anxiety
about potential administrative retaliation: Illinois labor law is very
clear about the right of employees to union activities. While not the most
repressive state in the US in regard to worker rights, Illinois, sadly, is not
one of the best. Workers in Illinois do not have many protections, but we do
have clear protection in regard to union-related activity. Ironically,
