Until recently,I had been active in CODAA. After teaching for 14 years as an adjunct faculty member at COD, I did not receive a class assignment for this summer or the fall and winter quarters of the coming school year. My department is Human Services and I was teaching Psychopharmacology, a course I co-authored and
was the only instructor teaching this course in past.
Is there a connection between my activities in CODAA and being very vocal about the manner in which adjuncts are treated and the failure to receive class assignments?
